 AI WebVoice Canada

## 1. About This Privacy Policy

AI WebVoice Canada is a business service operated by Lifestyle55+ Network Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how Lifestyle55+ Network Inc., operating as AI WebVoice Canada, collects, uses, discloses, protects and retains personal information.

This Policy applies to information handled in connection with:

- AI WebVoice Canada landing pages and online forms
- Website review and demonstration requests
- Customer onboarding and account administration
- Subscription payments and billing records
- Voice and text assistants installed on customer websites
- Visitor conversations, transcripts, inquiries and lead information

In this Policy, "we," "us" and "our" refer to Lifestyle55+ Network Inc. and AI WebVoice Canada.

## 2. Privacy Accountability and Contact

Lifestyle55+ Network Inc. is responsible for personal information under its control.

Privacy questions, requests or complaints may be directed to:

**Privacy Officer**
Paul Cutajar
Lifestyle55+ Network Inc.
Email: [paul@lifestyle55plusnetwork.com](mailto:paul@lifestyle55plusnetwork.com)
Telephone: [905-399-7285](tel:+19053997285)

## 3. Our Role and the Client's Role

When an AI WebVoice assistant is installed on a customer's website, the customer generally determines why the assistant is being used, what information it should provide and what visitor information it should collect.

AI WebVoice Canada and its service providers process information to configure, host, maintain, secure and support the assistant.

The customer is responsible for:

- Its website content and privacy notices
- Explaining that an AI voice and text assistant is available
- Identifying the purposes for collecting visitor information
- Obtaining consent where required
- Responding to inquiries and privacy requests from its visitors
- Complying with privacy and industry requirements applicable to it

A customer's own privacy policy may also apply when a visitor interacts with an assistant on that customer's website.

## 4. Information We Collect Directly

### 4.1 Website review and demonstration requests

When a person requests a website review or demonstration, we may collect:

- First and last name
- Company name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Website address
- Information provided during follow-up communications
- Notes concerning the website and proposed use of the service

### 4.2 Customer and subscriber information

When a business becomes a customer, we may collect:

- Business and contact information
- Website and service information
- Subscription status and usage information
- Onboarding answers and business objectives
- Requested voices, languages and conversation behaviour
- Lead-generation and escalation instructions
- Customer-service and technical-support communications

### 4.3 Payment information

Subscription payments are processed through PayPal. AI WebVoice Canada may receive transaction information such as the customer's name, email address, payment amount, payment date, subscription status and transaction identifier.

We do not receive or store complete credit-card or bank-account credentials. PayPal independently processes payment information under its own privacy practices.

Review the [PayPal Privacy Statement](https://www.paypal.com/ca/legalhub/paypal/privacy-full).

## 5. Website and Assistant Information

To configure and operate an assistant, we may process:

- Website addresses supplied by the customer
- Publicly available website pages and page text
- Product, service, pricing and process information
- Frequently asked questions
- Website links and navigation paths
- Brand assets and approved business information
- Custom instructions supplied by the customer
- Technical indexes used to retrieve relevant website information

## 6. Visitor Conversation Information

When a visitor interacts with an AI WebVoice assistant on a customer website, the service may process:

- Questions and statements entered through text
- Speech converted into text during a voice interaction
- Conversation transcripts
- Contact information voluntarily provided during the conversation
- The visitor's expressed interests, needs or intentions
- The page on which the interaction occurred
- Conversation date, duration and usage
- Actions or next steps requested by the visitor

Visitors should not provide highly sensitive personal information unless the customer website clearly requires it, explains the purpose and has appropriate safeguards.

## 7. Voice Processing

Voice conversations require the visitor to grant browser permission to use the device microphone.

Live audio is transmitted to voice-processing services so that speech can be recognized and spoken responses can be generated. The current service infrastructure processes raw audio during the conversation and does not retain raw audio on its application servers after the conversation ends.

A text transcript of the conversation may be retained for customer review, lead follow-up and conversation context.

## 8. Technical and Usage Information

The service may process technical and operational information such as:

- Device, browser and operating-system information
- The page URL where the assistant is loaded
- Approximate country or city derived from an internet connection
- Session and conversation duration
- Whether the assistant was opened
- Click counts and aggregate interaction activity
- Keystroke counts on the page where the assistant is loaded, without collecting unrelated typed content
- A temporary or local-storage identifier used to distinguish new and returning sessions
- Server, security and error logs

Internet protocol addresses may be processed temporarily for security, abuse prevention and approximate-location lookup.

## 9. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

- Review a submitted website
- Respond to an inquiry or demonstration request
- Assess whether the service is appropriate for a business
- Create, configure, test and operate an assistant
- Answer visitor questions using approved information
- Guide visitors toward relevant website content
- Capture inquiries and sales leads
- Notify customers of inquiries
- Administer subscriptions, payments and usage allowances
- Provide technical support
- Test answers, boundaries and escalation instructions
- Identify recurring questions and website-content gaps
- Maintain security and prevent misuse
- Enforce our agreements
- Meet accounting, tax, legal and regulatory obligations

## 10. Consent and Marketing Communications

Consent may be provided by submitting a form, requesting a demonstration, corresponding with us, authorizing onboarding, completing a subscription payment, continuing an assistant interaction after receiving an appropriate notice or granting browser microphone permission.

Information submitted through the website-review form will be used to review the website, respond to the inquiry and follow up concerning AI WebVoice Canada.

Submitting a website-review request does not automatically enrol the person in an unrelated newsletter or general promotional mailing list.

Where separate consent is required for continuing electronic marketing, it will be requested separately.

Consent may be withdrawn, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal may prevent us from providing some or all of the requested service.

## 11. Service Providers and Disclosures

We use service providers that support website hosting, application infrastructure, voice recognition, speech generation, artificial intelligence, website indexing, data storage, email delivery, analytics, security and payment processing.

Information is made available only as reasonably required to provide those functions.

We may also disclose information:

- To the customer operating the relevant assistant
- With the individual's consent
- To comply with a law, court order or regulatory requirement
- To investigate fraud, misuse or a security incident
- To protect our legal rights, customers, visitors or systems
- In connection with a merger, sale or restructuring, subject to appropriate safeguards

We do not sell or rent personal information to advertisers.

We do not use customer website content, visitor transcripts or captured leads to train a publicly available general-purpose artificial-intelligence model.

## 12. Processing or Storage Outside Canada

Personal information may be processed or stored outside Canada, including through service providers and data centres located in other jurisdictions.

When information is processed or stored outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities in those jurisdictions.

We use contractual, organizational and technical measures intended to protect information handled by service providers.

## 13. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the identified purposes, contractual administration or legal requirements.

### 13.1 Website-review inquiries

Inquiry information may be retained while the opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterward to document communications and prevent conflicting or repeated follow-up.

### 13.2 Active customer accounts

While an assistant is active, the service may retain:

- Customer account information
- Assistant configuration and website indexes
- Conversation transcripts
- Captured lead information
- Usage records
- Support communications

### 13.3 Following cancellation or termination

After an account is closed:

- The assistant may be disabled.
- Deleting an assistant may remove its conversation transcripts.
- Lead records may be deleted when the customer deletes them or closes the account.
- Account data may remain in active systems, backups or deletion queues for up to 90 days after closure.
- Security and server logs are generally retained for short operational periods and may be kept longer when required for an incident review.
- Aggregated information that no longer identifies an individual may be retained for service measurement and security.

Customers should export information they are legally or operationally required to retain before cancellation or termination.

### 13.4 Required business records

Billing, payment, tax, accounting, contractual and legal records may be retained for the periods required by applicable law.

These records are separate from operational conversation and lead data where reasonably possible.

## 14. Safeguards

We use administrative, technical and contractual safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including:

- Encrypted network connections
- Controlled administrative access
- Authentication measures
- Service-provider agreements
- Security monitoring
- Data-minimization practices
- Confidentiality obligations
- Privacy and security incident-response procedures

No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Where a breach creates a legally reportable risk, we will investigate and provide notifications required by applicable law.

## 15. Access, Correction and Withdrawal

An individual may request:

- Confirmation of whether we hold their personal information
- Access to personal information under our control
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdrawal of consent
- Deletion of information that is no longer required, subject to legal and contractual restrictions

We may need to verify the requester's identity before responding.

For information collected through an assistant on a customer website, the request may need to be directed first to that customer. We will reasonably assist the customer where appropriate.

## 16. Children

AI WebVoice Canada is a business service and is not directed toward children.

Customers whose businesses serve children or families are responsible for ensuring that:

- The assistant is directed toward an appropriate adult where required
- Personal information from a child is not knowingly collected without lawful authority
- Parental or guardian consent is obtained where required

If we learn that information was collected inappropriately from a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

## 17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, technology or legal requirements change.

The revised Policy will display a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated to active customers.

## 18. Questions and Complaints

Privacy questions or complaints should be directed to:

**Paul Cutajar, Privacy Officer**
Lifestyle55+ Network Inc.
Email: [paul@lifestyle55plusnetwork.com](mailto:paul@lifestyle55plusnetwork.com)
Telephone: [905-399-7285](tel:+19053997285)

We will review and respond to privacy concerns within a reasonable period.
